Mohammed Al Subayel is the Chief of Staff at Rua Al Madinah Holding, a Public Investment Fund (PIF) company. With over 27 years of experience across public and private sectors, including leadership roles at SABIC.
He drives organizational strategy, cross-functional alignment, and executive decision-making. Previously the Executive Director of Marketing & Communication.
He continues to shape RUA’s brand and institutional presence. Al Subayel holds an Executive MBA from London Business School and is a Certified Board Director (BDI GCC).
